We offer one free size exchange per item.
If you need to exchange an item for a bigger or smaller size, please contact us here with your order number, email address and required size. Send your item to the returns address we provide you, include your order number and the required size in the returned package. Any missing information may delay us in processing the exchange. If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Our policy lasts 30 days. Unfortunately we won’t be able to offer you a refund or exchange if 30 days have passed since your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, please contact us here with your order number and email address.
We will send you a returns authorisation number within 24 hours, please include this number and your order number in the returned package and send it to the our return address. If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 working days. Processing time may vary depending on the bank.

Tailor made items
Only standard size items may be refunded, unfortunately tailor-made items are made specifically to the measurement you have provided and hence cannot be refunded.
Shipping of returned items
To return your product, you should send your product to our return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
